Wonderful cake
Ingredients:
- 500 g of flour
- 200 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of honey
- 300 g of butter
- 400 g of boiled condensed milk
Preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with the sugar.
2. Mix butter (100 g) and honey. Cook until caramel color. Remove from heat. Mix again for 1 minute.
3. Add the egg mass.
4. Add the flour and knead the dough.
5. Divide the dough into 6 pieces. Rolling pin to roll out each part.
6. Bake at 170 degrees for 3-4 minutes.
7. Trim crusts around.
8. Prepare the cream: beat with a mixer condensed milk and butter (200 g).
9. Grind in a blender cutting cake.
10. Lubricate with cream every cake, put on each other. Sprinkle with crumbs.
