Homemade caramel
Ingredients:
- milk - 1/2 liters
- sugar - 3 cups
- milk powder - 1 cup
- butter - 100 g
Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients except butter.
2. Mass lay in pan and cook, stirring constantly, for minimum heat, until the mixture becomes brown.
3. Once the mass turns brown, add the butter and cook 1.5 hours until tender.
