Homemade meringue
Ingredients:
- 2 cooled egg whites
- powdered sugar 100 g
- lemon juice
Preparation:
1. Beat whites with powdered sugar in the dough, add a few drops of lemon juice.
2. Bake at 100 degrees 1 hour in a convection mode and still leave for 1 hour in the oven to cool.
3. Done!
