Mannik with berries and sour cream

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of semolina
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of flour
- 3 eggs
- a pinch of salt
- vanilla 1/3 teaspoon
- soda 3/4 teaspoon
- any berries
- sour cream 150 gr

Preparation:
1. Mix semolina and yogurt, leave for 1 hour.
2. Beat the eggs with the sugar, salt and vanilla. Mix with the first mixture and beat.
3. Gradually add the flour and baking soda, mix.
4. Greased baking, put the berries, pour batter.
5. Oven 40-60 minutes at 170-180 degrees.
6. Mix sour cream and sugar.
7. Spread the cooled tart sour cream and sugar.

Cake "The mink's mole"

Ingredients:
dough :
- 0,5 cans of condensed milk
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 4-5 tablespoons of cocoa
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1.5 cups of flour
cream:
- 500 grams of cream 33-35 % fat
- powdered sugar
- 3-5 bananas

Preparation:
1. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and cocoa.
2. Add condensed milk, eggs, sour cream. Mix.
3. Bake in greased form in the oven at 180 degrees.
4. Cool the cake. Trim crust evenly in a circle.
5. Cut bananas in half lengthwise and put on the cake.
6. Whip the cream with powdered sugar.
7. Put cream on bananas.
8. Sprinkle the cake crumbs from scrap.

Cake with orange cream

Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 200 g of flour
- 150 g of sugar
- 150 g of butter
- 1 sachet of baking powder (or soda)
- zest of 1 orange
Cream :
- Orange juice from 3 oranges (350 ml)
- 100 g of sugar
- zest of 1 orange
- 1-2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 tablespoon of starch

Preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with the sugar in a magnificent mass. Melt the butter, cool and pour oil to the egg mass.
2. Mix the flour, baking powder and orange zest.
3. Mix two masses to get the array, put in shape.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
5. While the cake is baked, prepare the cream. Squeeze the juice from the oranges and cast 1/2 cup. Add the sugar and zest. Dissolve sugar over low heat.
6. Mix the flour and starch, add the remaining juice.
7. Mix two masses. Put on the fire and wait until the cream is thick. Then cool.

Cottage cheese waffles

Ingredients:
- 120 g of cottage cheese
- 150 g of flour
- 30 g of sugar
- 250 ml of liquid yoghurt or kefir
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of ground hazelnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of melted butter
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon zest

Preparation:
1. Mix dry ingredients in a bow .
2. Beat the eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese, butter and lemon zest.
3. Mix two mixtures gently until smooth.
4. Bake in a well preheated waffle iron.
5. Serve with jam, berries or fruit.

Honey-walnut muffins 

Ingredients (for 10-12 pieces) 
- 2 eggs

- 200 g of flour
- 100 g of chopped walnuts

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda

Preparation:
1. Beat the eggs, liquid honey and milk.
2. Mix the dry ingredients, except for the nuts.
3. Put the eggs with milk and honey to the dry mixture and mix thoroughly. Then add the chopped nuts.

Wonderful cake

Ingredients:
- 500 g of flour
- 200 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of honey
- 300 g of butter
- 400 g of boiled condensed milk

Preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with the sugar.
2. Mix butter (100 g) and honey. Cook until caramel color. Remove from heat. Mix again for 1 minute.

4. Add the flour and knead the dough.
