Honey-walnut muffins
Ingredients (for 10-12 pieces)
- 2 eggs
- 150 ml of milk
- 8 tablespoons liquid honey
- 200 g of flour
- 100 g of chopped walnuts
- 2-3 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda
Preparation:
1. Beat the eggs, liquid honey and milk.
2. Mix the dry ingredients, except for the nuts.
3. Put the eggs with milk and honey to the dry mixture and mix thoroughly. Then add the chopped nuts.
4. Fill molds for baking 2\3 and put them in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 25-30 minutes.
