Cake "Heart"
Ingredients:

Biscuit:
- 4 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 60 g flour
- 20 g of starch
- 30 g cacao
- 30 g melted butter
- 1 teaspoon of red food coloring

Cream:
- 300 ml whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons of sugar

Decoration:
- 100 g of white chocolate
- 100 g raspberries
Preparation:
1. Beat 4 egg yolks and 50 g of sugar in a lush cream.
2. Mix 4 proteins and remaining sugar (50 g) until a dense foam.
3. Mix the two masses.
4. Add flour, starch and cocoa.
5. Add the cooled melted on the edge of the oil and dye mix.
6. Pour into greased and floured form (20-23 cm).
7. Bake for 25 minutes.
8. Cool 5-10 minutes in the form.
9. Leave for 8 hours, then cut in half lengthwise .
10. Whip the cream, add sugar, stir and coat with one half of the cake.
11. Cover with the second half of the cake and smear cream completely.
12. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and decorate with berries.
