Tasty cheesecake

Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- Sugar 1 cup
- Sour cream 1 cup
- Cottage cheese 550 g
- Wheat flour 1 cup
- Butter 50 g
- Semolina 1 tablespoon
- Dried Cherries 0.5 cup

Preparation:
1. Beat 2 eggs with 0.5 cup of sugar.
2. Add sour cream, flour, melted butter and mix.
3. Prepare the filling. Mix with  blender cottage cheese, semolina, 3 eggs and 0.5 cup of sugar.
4. Grease the form with butter, put the dough and put cheese filling to the center.
5. Put cherries on the  cheese filling, place in oven and bake 35-40 minutes.
When baking curd goes down and turn out the dough and cake bumpers looks great cheesecake .
