Quick cheesecake
Ingredients:

Biscuit dough :
- 2 eggs
- 1/ 2 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons melted butter

Filling:
- 500 g of cottage cheese
- 1/ 2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon semolina
Preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar. Add sour cream, baking soda, flour and melted butter. Knead homogeneous batter.
2. Beat with a mixer all the ingredients for the filling.
3. Form greased baking, sprinkle with flour. Pour the batter onto the dough in the middle of putting curd.
4. Put in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 C.
5. Ready cake cool slightly in shape.
