Chocolate mint brownie
Ingredients:

Dough:
- 2 eggs
- Sugar - 160 g
- Butter - 80 g
- Cocoa powder - 3 tablespoons
- Flour - 120 g
- Vanilla - 1/2 teaspoon

Filling:
- Low-fat soft cheese - 200 g
- Sugar - 40 g
- Mint leaves

Icing:
- Powdered sugar - 140 g
- Milk - 2-3 tablespoons
- Mint leaves
- A few drops of green food coloring
Preparation:
1. Square baking dish with parchment paper and lay a coat of oil. Heat oven to 175 C.
2. Beat the eggs and sugar. Melt the butter and mix it with cocoa powder. Stir in the chocolate mixture and the egg mixture and beat.
3. Add flour. Beat with a mixer. Mint in a blender to grind or chop finely with a knife.
4. Mix cottage cheese, sugar, mint and vanilla. Pour half the batter into the pan and smooth the surface. Gently spread the top of the dough cottage cheese, then pour the remaining batter.
5. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool in shape.
6. To prepare the icing grind mint in a blender, mix with milk and sugar. Add green food coloring and mix thoroughly again.
7. Apply the icing on cooled cake and let stand.
8. Trim the edges and cut into biscuit boxes.
9. Chocolate mint brownie ready! Bon appetit!
